NeatPocket, LLC (“NeatPocket”, “our”) is committed to protecting the personal information of the visitors and the users (“Users”) of our website, www.neatpocket.com, our iOS and other mobile applications, our tablet applications, and other platforms. (together with any and all scheduling, data storage, and communication tools and services offered on or through our website or other mobile and tablet platforms, collectively the “Services”).
What Information is Considered “Personal Information”?
Information we collect on the Services falls into one of two categories:

- Other information that is about you but does not identify you personally, such as statistical traffic information about which buttons or links users click on most frequently when accessing the Service and using its tools.

If you use our Services, you may be required to provide us certain information. This includes information:
- Provided at the time of registering to use our Services, subscribing to our Services, posting material or requesting further services.
- Provided when you report a problem or offer suggestions and feedback with our Services.
- Records and copies of your correspondence/s (including e-mail addresses), if you contact us.
- Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
- Details of transactions you carry out through our Services and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Services.

Information we already have about or from you:
If you, your employer, or your employees or other personnel or representatives have an existing relationship with NeatPocket, we may already have personal and other information about you or your employer / employees that you have provided to us or we have otherwise obtained. In order to more efficiently and effectively provide the Services, notwithstanding any agreement you or the company or other legal entity you represent may have with us, you hereby authorize us to access and use such information. To the extent any pre-existing agreement(s) between us conflict with this privacy statement, such existing agreement(s) are hereby amended with regard to the subject matter of the Terms of Service and this privacy statement. Without limiting the foregoing, you hereby acknowledge and agree that NeatPocket may publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of, adapt, publicly display and otherwise use, in relation to the Services, the data, content, material and other information you have provided or we have obtained about you under an existing relationship.
Your address book. If you authorize us to do so, we may access data from your address book on your mobile or other device.
Geo-Location data. We may collect information regarding your location, through the Google Maps API or otherwise.
Information We Collect From Other Sources. We may also collect information about you from third parties, including but not limited to third-party verification services, credit bureaus, mailing list providers, and publicly available sources.

Services and transactions:
We use your personal information to deliver services or carry out transactions you have requested, such as providing information on NeatPocket products, registering purchased products, processing product orders, handling service issues, answering customer service requests, facilitating use of our Services, and so forth. We may use your personal information to facilitate our products and services in relation to our users, partners, the advertisers, developers, and other websites. In order to offer you a more consistent experience in your interactions with NeatPocket, information collected by or through our Services may be combined with information we collect by other means.
The Information NeatPocket Collects:
User-Provided Information: NeatPocket receives and stores any information you enter on our Services or that you give us in any other way. To become a paying NeatPocket customer (e.g., a restaurant or hospital) you must provide billing information such as your name, company name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information. If you are an employee or other service provider to a paying customer, you will be asked to provide your name, hire date, date of birth, e-mail address, and mailing address; by using the scheduling and communication tools available through the Service, you and/or your employer will also provide information about your hours worked, wages earned, and other job related information.
We collect information about your visit to our websites and applications, including what pages you view, the number of bytes transferred, the links you click, the materials you access, and other actions taken within Neatpockets’ websites and mobile and tablet applicaions. On websites and applications that you enter with a user ID, we may connect this information with your identity to determine your potential interests in our products and services. The information we collect automatically is statistical data and may or may not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve and to deliver better and more personalized Services, including by enabling us to:
- Estimate of our audience size and usage patterns.
- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Site and Services according to your individual interests.
- Speed up your searches.
- Recognize you when you return to our Site or Services.
You may choose to post or communicate Personal Information publicly on the Service or share Personal Information with third parties through the Site, such as through the Site’s message and email service (collectively the “User Content”). If you disclose or post Personal Information that is accessible by third parties through the Site, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that this information may become public information.
When you visit the Site, we may send one or more cookies – a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. However, some features of the Site may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
Log File Information:
When you use the Services, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
The Way NeatPocket Uses Information:
We may use your email address, employer information, or other Personal Information to create your account, to send you payment receipts, and occasionally notify you about changes to our website and applications, new services, Services related information, or special offers you may find useful. We may use both your Personal Information and other information to provide you with the Services and its functionality, including its scheduling, communication, and data storage tools. We or your employer may use your date of birth information to send you a birthday greeting.
We may provide aggregated and statistical data (data which does not contain your Personal Information) about the usage of our services to third-parties for such purposes as we deem, in our discretion, to be appropriate.
We use both your Personal Information and certain other information (such as anonymous User usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the Services and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends.
When NeatPocket Discloses Information:
If you are an employee/service provider to a paying NeatPocket customer, any information you share on the Site will be disclosed to and shared with your employer.
We may provide Personal Information and other information to our contractors for the purpose of providing and maintaining our services. We require that these parties agree to use such information solely for this purpose, and we use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information and to use other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We may release Personal Information and other information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state, federal and international laws or respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant.
NeatPocket also reserves the right to disclose Personal Information and/or other information about Users that NeatPocket believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our agreements, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our Services, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Neatpocket, our Users or others.
Online Tracking and How We Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals
You can review and change your Personal Information and your credentials by logging into the Services and visiting your account profile. You may also send us an e-mail at email@example.com to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete certain elements of your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. If you delete your User Content from the Services, copies of your User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Users.Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
You have certain choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us:
- By accessing your account page on the Services, you can adjust certain privacy settings with respect to your Personal Information (for example, if you are an employee of a paying NeatPocket customer, you can choose not to display certain of your contact information to your fellow employees).
We may also use information about you (i) to track and analyze trends and usage in connection with our Services; (ii) to process and deliver contest and promotion entries and rewards; (iii) to protect our rights or property; (iv) to compare information for accuracy; (v) to verify your identity; (vi) to investigate and prevent fraud or other illegal activities; and (vii) for any other purpose disclosed to you in connection with our Site or Services.
Additionally, we use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:
- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
- To provide you with notices about your account/subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection
- To notify you about changes to our Services or any products or services we offer or provide though them.
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
- For any other purpose with your consent
We may use third-party service providers to process and store personal information in the United States and other countries.
Links to Other Sites
Our Services has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use secure servers when viewing/updating your Personal Information. All customer data is similarly protected against unauthorized access. Any payment transactions will be encrypted and transmitted securely using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about customers only to our employees and service providers who require it to perform their jobs.
Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy:
NeatPocket does not knowingly collect or maintain information on the Site from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services is directed to persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Site at any time or in any manner. If NeatPocket learns that Personal Information of persons less than 13 years of age has been collected on the Services without verified parental consent, then NeatPocket will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy:
In the event that all or part of NeatPocket is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, you agree that we may transfer or assign the information we have collected from our Users as part of such merger, acquisition, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, we may not be able to control how your Personal Information is treated, transferred, or used.
Your California Privacy Rights:
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Services who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we do not currently make disclosures of Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes.
